Fees

1. Fees charged will be dependent on the type of case involved.

2. Court filing fees are separate from the attorney's fees.

3. Attorney's fees may be flat, or hourly, and requires an upfront deposit.

4. Other fees that require outside services for example: Experts, Court cost (filing fees), Investigators, or Process-server are the direct responsibility of the client and are not paid to the law firm.

We accept major credit cards, money orders and bank-certified checks. Please note that we do not accept personal checks. Flexible payment plans are available for qualifying client (s). Please click on the "Payment options" button below:
