Fees

1. Fees charged will be dependent on the type of case involved.

2. Court filing fees are separate from the attorney's fees.

3. Attorney's fees may be flat, hourly, or, a retainer fee.

4. Other fees which require outside services such as experts, or investigators, or process server are the direct responsibility of the client and are not paid to the law firm.

5. All fees will be discussed at your first consultation and an agreement outlining all the terms will be reviewed at the beginning of representation.
