Fees

1. Fees charged will be dependent on the type of case involved.

2. Court filing fees are separate from the attorney's fees.

3. Attorney's fees may be flat, or hourly, and includes a retainer fee.

4. Other fees that require outside services for example: Experts, Court cost (filing fees), Investigators, or Process-server are the direct responsibility of the client and are not paid to the law firm.
