Immigration Law

I offer a free initial consultation to determine your immigration option. If it is determined during the initial free consultation that your case requires an in-depth analysis and review of your documents, you may be asked to schedule a paid immigration consultation.

Each case is different and carries its own set of circumstances that must be taken into consideration by competent legal counsel. It is very important that you are completely and very clear regarding the details of your case during our initial consultation. Withholding any vital information may affect not only the cost for your case but also the approach that is taken (e.g criminal, financial, etc). Please keep in mind that my firm is dedicated to providing excellent services to you and your family.

Family-based

Family-based immigration is one of the  most popular forms of obtaining lawful permanent residency within the United States, which is more commonly known as a “green card.” Family members of United States citizens and lawful permanent residents may obtain legal permanent residence in the United States. If you are….......

  • Unmarried child under the age of 21 of a U.S. citizen

  • Parent of a U.S. citizen who is at least 21 years old

Other relatives of a U.S. citizen or relative of a lawful permanent resident.

Employment-based

The nonimmigrant visa is for the individual who possesses extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements.

Citizenship

Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, is an application to become a naturalized U.S. citizen. If your biological or legal adoptive mother or father is a U.S. citizen by birth or was naturalized before you reached your 18th birthday, you may already be a U.S. citizen.
